Can EquipSet track hire jobs?
Yes. Hire activity, equipment assignments, meter readings and printable hire dockets are kept with the machine record, so the hire history and the inspection history live together.
What happens when a machine fails a check?
The failed check is recorded as a fault against the machine and followed through as an action, so you can show what was found and what was done about it before the machine went back out.
Does EquipSet manage certificate expiry dates?
Yes. Examination reports and other machine documentation are stored with expiry dates against the asset, and approaching expiries are visible so renewals can be planned before a machine is due on hire.
Can someone on site check a machine without an account?
Each machine's QR code opens its record for your team. EquipSet also supports a public scan summary, which you can enable so that scanning a machine shows its examination status without a login.
