Account data — name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you register for an account.

Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure located in North Europe (Ireland). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data will be deleted within 90 days unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

We use the following types of cookies:

Essential cookies — required for the platform to function, including authentication tokens stored in your browser's local storage. These do not require consent.
Analytics cookies — used to understand how visitors use our website. We will only set these if you have given your consent via our cookie banner.

7. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting and storage (North Europe). Privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
